At Holiness and Grace, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help. Please review our Refunds & Returns Policy below for details on how to return or exchange an item.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns and exchanges for the following reasons:
• The item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
• You received the wrong item.
• You are unsatisfied with your purchase (must be in original, unused condition).
To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
• Returns must be initiated within 7 ( Seven) days of delivery.
• Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance” are not eligible for returns.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:
1. Email us at holinessandgrace@gmail.com with your order number, the reason for return, and clear photos (if applicable).
2. We will review your request and provide return instructions.
3. Once approved, you will receive a return shipping address.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns.
3. Refunds
Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
Please note:
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• If a refund is delayed, check with your bank or payment provider. Processing times vary.
4. Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different product, size, or color:
• Contact us at holinessandgrace@gmail.com within 7 (seven) days of delivery.
• The original item must be returned and received before a replacement is sent.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please email holinessandgrace@gmail.com with:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the product and packaging
We will cover return shipping costs and send a replacement or issue a full refund.
6. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, including:
• Used or washed silk accessories
• Items without original packaging
• Gift cards and final sale items
7. Cancellations & Order Changes
• Orders can only be canceled or modified within 24 hours of purchase.
• After processing, we cannot make changes.
